Stólpavík Ltd was established in 1946. The current owner bought the company in 1994.

The Director and owner is Helgi Már Reynisson M.Sc. Fisheries, University of Tromsoe, Norway. He has a wast experience of all aspects of the seafood industry, including vessel management and marketing of seafood.
